One Love is a non-commercial project I participated in as a designer in Meat Studio. Getting too upset or excited, it’s not unusual to hear people shouting out curse words while watching a football game. The concept of printing curse words on a sports scarf made it a perfect accessory during the World Cup season.

 

We picked eight popular World Cup teams and researched on fun and commonly used slangs and curse words (not too offensive ones) in their own languages. By using the signature colors of each team, A punchy visual is created by the sporty and bold graphics in addition to the wording. The name One Love has also added a sense of humor to it in an ironic yet fun way.
